It’s been a busy first month for the Fromen lab as things continue to get set up! Dr. Fromen has been talking to graduate students interested in the lab and is thrilled by the enthusiasm! The group also welcomes their very first undergraduate student, Shuja Abbas, a sophomore in the Chemical Engineering Department. Welcome Shuja!
Dr. Fromen also hosted her first international visitor last week, welcoming Dr. Alessandra Vitale to UD. In addition to talking science, Drs Fromen & Vitale attended the UD football game, where they met other new UD faculty members and watched the Blue Hens destroy Cornell 41-14. Plus, Dr. Fromen made a splash with President Assanis!
