Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System
The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) has developed the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS) for colleges and universities. In order to improve the University of Delaware’s AASHE score report, UD needs a better digital record of all sustainability related activities on campus. Last year UD received a bronze rating, which is low compared to similar universities in the US. This was primarily because UD does not have a compiled record of our sustainability achievements.
