Child Care Providers may also register for food safety courses, Dine Safe and ServSafe® that offer 3 and 9 clock hours, respectively. Dine Safe is Level 2.

UD Cooperative Extension provides monthly child care training in each county. Topics include nutrition, food safety, business management, child development, curriculum and health/safety. Our courses are approved through the Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Care (DIEEC) and meet the requirements of the Delaware Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL).
