You may recall that a few years ago, UD went through a new branding process and slightly revised the University’s logos. In fact, there is a whole section in UD’s Brand Style Guide devoted completely to the topic of logos (very exciting for those of us in communications and marketing roles, maybe not so much for the rest of you).
The current College and Cooperative Extension logos can be downloaded from the following website (http://ag.udel.edu/images/canrlogo.html). If you need the logos in another format, please email me at kvo@udel.edu. These logos can be printed in the blue color provided or in white/black. Need your department logo? You can either email me or your departmental support staff. All UD logos can be downloaded from the UD Office of Communications and Marketing’s Licensing and Trademarks web page (selecting from the appropriate drop-down under “University Marks” on the left hand navigation).
If you are still working with an old logo that needs to be converted to the new format, OCM can do this for you. If you have an old logo that you would like to continue to use, we encourage you to ask us for guidance on how to proceed. The key difference between old and new logos is the use of graphics. New logos are now clean of graphics, with a few exceptions (i.e. those that are used in product sales). We can help you in your projects to incorporate graphics and images in other ways that will keep the logos consistent with UD branding while providing unique branding for your program.
