Applicant must complete entry form and required materials and mail to Rebekkah Conley, The Delaware State Fair, P.O. Box 28, Harrington, DE 19952, so that it is received on or before Friday June 2, 2023
Completed applications must be received at The Delaware State Fair Office no later than 4:30PM on Friday June 30, 2023.
