Feb. 16: Robotics
Cole Simpson attended the National 4-H Makers Summit and it inspired him to create this workshop using OZOBOTS. It was a fun challenge to program the robots to complete a maze.
Food Science
This group had a fun morning of hands on learning about Food Science as part of the DE 4-H Science Career Exploration workshop series.
Feb. 23: Drawstring Bags
Sewing skills were honed as the participants made drawstring bags that they can enter into the State Fair. Thanks to Brenda Shaffer and Carol Bedgar for lending a hand!
Faux Stained Glass
Winter Workshops wrapped up with a project that used glass paint to make faux stained glass art. We missed out on pictures of the finished product because the paint was still wet, but they were all beautiful and colorful.
