Hello 4-H Family, fall

As we “Fall into November”,  beautiful autumn colors and cooler weather surrounds us. The 4-H office wishes you a very Happy Thanksgiving! I challenge you to take a moment this month to make a list of five things for which you are thankful.

New Castle 4-H had quite a busy October with the following events:

  • 4-H National Youth Science Day – October 7 at Tutor Time School in Newark
  • 4-H Achievement Banquet – October 15 at Kirk Middle School
  • Window Display & Banner Contests – Participation by four 4-H clubs
  • Paper Clover Fundraiser – Various 4-H clubs promoted 4-H at Tractor Supply in Middletown

There are several upcoming 4-H events in November including the Public Speaking Contest, Science Saturdays, and National 4-H Congress. A calendar for the next three months has been included in one of the postings below. Please be sure the review the calendar for detailed information about these events and more!
