Welcome New and Returning 4-Her’s,


We are so excited for everything we have planned for you this fall and to celebrate all your accomplishments from the 2020-2021 4-H year this month. With 4-H, the opportunities are endless!

Delaware 4-H enrollment and re-enrollment for the 2021-2022 year started on September 1, 2021. Please make sure that you are re-enrolled/ enrolled so that you can participate in the upcoming events and activities we have planned this fall. More information is below in the newsletter, so please make sure to read it through and let Serena know if you have any questions or concerns.

National 4-H week starts on Sunday, October 3rd! Please be sure to share your 4-H experience through social media. Be on the look out for club window displays that will be displayed in the Middletown area. During National 4-H week, we kick off the Fall Tractor Supply Paper Clover. The proceeds from this will go to support leadership activities throughout Delaware. Paper Clover will be from Wednesday, October 6th – Monday, October 18th.

Come and join us Sunday, October 10th at 2pm at the Extension office to celebrate all of our 4-H member and volunteer accomplishments over the 2020-2021 year. We will be “Growing With 4-H” as our theme to celebrate your growth over the last year and look forward to how we will continue to grow as a county. We love to hear all the great things you are doing with your club members and over the summer-club reporters, don’t forget to submit your club news to Serena by the 25th of each month to be included in the newsletter.

Be sure to look at the Delaware 4-H Facebook for news and updates. Plan to participate in new events, make new friends, volunteer for something new, plan a community service event and tell others your 4-H story. If you need anything, please reach out to us, we are here and happy to help with anything you need. 4-H has something for everyone!
