Welcome! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Policy and Administration program at the Biden School at the University of Delaware. My research focuses on education and social equity, with a particular interest in how institutional systems and policies influence racial disparities. Through a mixed-methods approach, my dissertation examines how school administrators’ daily decisions in the disciplinary process shape outcomes. As a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Research Scholar and APPAM Equity and Inclusion Student Fellow I am committed to using my research to drive policy change and advance a more just and equitable society.
