The University of Delaware hosted its first Neuroscience Symposium, which drew about 130 faculty, researchers, clinicians and students, to the STAR Tower last month. The symposium was sponsored by UD’s Research Office, Delaware INBRE (IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence), Delaware’s Center for Translational Research ACCEL Program and Graduate and Professional Education. Many thanks go to the CHS faculty members who served on the symposium planning committee, including co-chair John Jeka (KAAP), Thomas Buchanan (Delaware Rehabilitation Institute) and Susanne Morton (Physical Therapy).
