Get Up and Do Something promotes a healthy, active, happy and stress-free lifestyle. While achieving all of these goals may seem like shooting for the impossible, it is possible to consistently work towards them. Get Up and Do Something has a lot of content that will help you exercise, de-stress, and try something new! They have also recently launched a podcast series that is featured on Spotify. Episodes range from 20 to 30 minutes, so they’re perfect for listening to at the gym or on your drive to work.

The first episode of the podcast series was launched on September 21, 2018 and sheds a light on Dr. Stephen Goodwin’s research on happiness. He talks about his inspiration behind having a university level course on happiness, defining happiness, and living a happy life. Many of the students that have taken this class in the past have reached out to Dr. Goodwin years after graduating and said that the material covered in this class is still something that they use on the daily basis.
