Richa has a background in IT engineering and is currently pursuing her MS in BAIM. She has led various student committees during her undergrad studies and brings with her nearly 5 years of work experience in the IT sector. She is also actively involved in the Non-Profit organizations in Delaware and work towards community service. Richa believes that connections shape her personality and as the President she plans to extend the reach of the BAIM GSA programs by organizing events that promote current students as well as alumni engagement.
Radhika is an Electronics graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and is currently pursuing her M.S. BAIM. She is a result-oriented technology enthusiast with a diverse work experience from India, UK to the US. Besides academics, she devotes her time to extracurricular activities and has previously led various committees and clubs. Radhika is dedicated to making the BAIM GSA a more inclusive place and enriching student experiences by providing flavorful professional, social and alumni engagement events.
Nsikan Nkordeh is the Treasurer of the BAIM GSA. He has a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Master’s in Wireless Networks from Queen Mary University of London. He has worked with companies like Ericsson and Huawei and has about twelve years of industry experience; he was also a Lecturers at Covenant University. He has interest in Cyber security, and is in his second semester of the MS Business Analytics and Information Management. His hobbies are playing chess and reading.
Supriya Kale is an MBA graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Pune, India and is currently pursuing an MS in BAIM. Supriya has extensive experience in leading committees and clubs. Having served as a committee member for various student organizations during her undergraduate and graduate studies, she is looking forward to bringing her experience and ideas to the BAIM GSA.
BAIM GSA Faculty Advisor
Director of the MS in Business Analytics and Information Management Program
Professor Andrea Everard is the Director of the MS in Business Analytics and Information Management (BAIM) program and the faculty advisor for the new BAIM Graduate Student Association (BAIM GSA). Dr. Everard, is a Professor of Management Information Systems and the Associate Dean for Undergraduate programs in the Lerner College of Business and Economics. She completed a Bachelor in English Studies at the Université de Montréal, a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She earned her PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh and joined the faculty at the University of Delaware in 2003.
Professor Everard teaches undergraduate and graduate Management Information Systems. Her courses focus primarily on the management of and strategic use of information technology and information systems in organizations.
Her research interests are human-computer interaction, cross-cultural and gender issues in information systems as well as MIS curriculum and education issues. Journals in which her work appears include Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), Information Systems Journal (ISJ), Communications for the Association of Computing Machinery (CACM), Communications of the Association for Information Systems (CAIS), and Journal of Global Information Technology Management (JGITM).
