Academic Technology Services – Director
Paul is the Director of ATS and IT Deputy CIO. Paul helped created the Faculty Commons space in Pearson 116 as well as UD Capture, the lecture capture system. Paul has experience in computer programming, live and on demand streaming video as well as mobile technologies.
Academic Support – Manager
Paul works with faculty on a variety of Commons projects –including grants, events, and collaborations across campus. Paul was an adjunct instructor for 11 years in the School of Education and Department of Art.
LMS Support – LMS Support Manager
Nancy works with faculty to promote effective uses of technology in education. Some areas of interest include: instructional design, hybrid or blended learning, online learning, e-portfolios, learning management systems (Sakai, Canvas) and learning analytics. Nancy, along with her three sons are all graduates of UD!

Mu specializes in learning management systems, instructional design, programming, mobile learning, educational technology and video editing.
Academic Support – IT Educational Technology Consultant II
With certifications in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Sandy can ensure that you’re in good hands if you want to revamp your teaching materials. Vested with a Google I.Q. you’ve found an ideal partner to help develop activities using the Google Apps at UD product line. Cheekily known as “Clicker Girl,” Sandy leads discussion around in-class student engagement utilizing polling tools. Clients comment that her strong technical knowledge wrapped in her personable approach help them re-imagine classroom activities. When not talking tech you’ll find Sandy in the garden or creating unique floral designs.

ITV & Video Operations – Supervisor
Stacy has been with UD since 2000 and with Academic Technology Services since 2010. Currently, she manages the video recording classroom studios, and videoconferencing facilities on the Newark Campus. She also provides desktop conferencing support, and video related consultations.
Digital Media Support – ITV Tech II
Rich is the technical director for the majority of courses recorded in the video/classroom studios on the 3rd floor of Pearson Hall. He also supports video conferences, and offers general technical assistance to instructors. Rich is an avid gardener, and enjoys riding his motorcycle on the weekends.
