Orientation Leader Application and Position Description: Orientation Leaders help to welcome and ease the transition for incoming students and their families. Throughout the summer OLs will have the opportunity to connect with students in small groups to serve as campus experts, and help students navigate their new academic and social environment, and bring the Blue Hen spirit!
