We’re going to New York City for our next ASHE trip!

This is a great opportunity to ride the Northeast Corridor in an entirely new way:  In Amtrak’s Geometry Car that monitors track gauges, superelevation, and more!  PLUS we will be stopping in Manhattan to eat, shop, and walk around the city.

We will be leaving campus on Friday, March 8th at 10am (the tentative date of the trip), and expect to return to campus around 6:30pm that evening.

TOMORROW, Wednesday, February 27^th, UD’s Career Service Center will be hosting the Spring Career Fair, for one day only, at the Bob Carpenter Center from 12:00 to 3:30pm.  The fair is open to all students, with job opportunities spanning all majors, including engineering.

This Monday, February 18th, we will be taking a tour of DelDOT’s Traffic Management Center.  Transportation is provided, and we’ll be meeting behind DuPont Hall at 3:30pm.
