There is no limit to how many images you would like to submit! We look forward to seeing your research and artwork.

Please note that image files larger than 50 MB can not be uploaded through this website. If you would like to submit an image larger than 50 MB, please do so by sending a Google Drive link to your submission to our e-mail address: udel.art.in.science@gmail.com. Please include the following information in the body of your email: Your E-mail Address, Your Full Name, Your Department, Your Position (i.e. undergraduate, graduate student, post-doc, professor), Artwork Title, Acquisition Method, Artwork Description, Artwork Orientation (portrait or landscape). Additionally, for ease of processing and printing of the images, please upload with the highest quality and resolution possible. Also, please read the following Photograph/Image Release Form and understand the Agreements at the bottom of this webpage.

I hereby grant the University of Delaware, their legal representative and assigns, and those for whom the University of Delaware is acting, and those acting with their authority and permission, the absolute right and permissions to use, reprint, and publish my photograph(s)/image(s) for use on web sites, brochures and publications for the express purpose of marketing the University and its colleges and departments. I further allow the University of Delaware to use these photographs/images in full or in part, and waive any right to approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with my images. I understand that every effort will be given to provide a photo/image credit when allowable and applicable. As the photographer/creator, I will retain the copyright to the photograph(s)/image(s) and the original. Lastly, the photograph(s)/image(s) submitted by me to the University of Delaware are my work and are given freely and without reservation. I understand that my submitted image(s) will be printed on photopaper, mounted on foam board, and made available for purchase for $45.00 at the “Art in Science” event on May 4th – June 1st, 2018 at Blue Ball Barn at Alapocas Run State Park. I also understand that my submitted image(s) will be on display at the Harker ISE lab from April 14th - May 1st.
