Dulcine Stephens
Dulcine Stephens is a sophomore at the University of Delaware majoring in Africana studies and sociology with a minor in politics and Social justice. She’s involved in dance teams on campus and works very closely with the Student Office of Diversity and Inclusion. The projects she currently works on are organizing and maintaining the website and other organizational tasks.
