MUNCH AND MIX AT A UD ICE HOCKEY GAME!
Everyone Is Invited
Sponsored by the UD Ag Alumni Association and the Graduate Student Advisory Committee
Students, alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to a mixer at a Blue Hens Ice Hockey game!
WHAT: UD vs. West Chester
WHEN: Saturday, January 23, 2016, starting at 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: Food (including UDairy ice cream) and soft drinks will be served during the early part of the mixer, which starts at 5:00 p.m. in the “Skybox” Lounge of the UD Fred Rust Ice Arena. The puck drops at 5:15 p.m.
You may stay to skate during the Saturday night 8-10 p.m. Public Session. (Ag Alumni ice hockey mixer attendees will need to pay the Public Session admission fee at the door again after the hockey game ends.)
Reservation deadline for the ice hockey game mixer is Tuesday, January 19, 2016. A limited number of tickets are available. Refund deadline is January 20, 2016; e-mail mpautler@udel.edu with questions/concerns.
TICKET PRICING IS:
Game plus food/drink for Adults: $10.00
Game plus food/drink for Children through age 13: $8.00
(If a child can walk into the arena s/he will need a ticket.)
To purchase tickets, please e-mail UD Ag Alumni Association Treasurer Maria Pautler at mpautler [at] udel.edu (or call 302-831-0847) telling her the number of tickets you would like to reserve (limit of 8 per person). She will then tell you how to register plus make payment online. (Be sure to include your phone number so that she can contact you on game day in case we have to cancel due to snow.)
Your actual tickets will be held for you and will be available at the entrance to the Rust Ice Arena when you arrive at the mixer.
