This session is aimed toward faculty in their first few years at UD who would like to learn more about the promotion and tenure (P&T) process. It will provide background information and recommendations for things you can already be doing to prepare for P&T. In this interactive online session, facilitators and participants will share recommendations for writing effective COVID-19 impact statements, which are currently required in P&T dossiers.
