UD ADVANCE is partnering with the Lerner Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) to provide a leadership program for mid-career women faculty at UD. ADVANCE Women’s Leadership @ UD addresses the obstacles to women faculty assuming academic leadership roles, inside the institution and beyond. Informed by the latest organizational development research on gender, leadership, and learning, the program enables participants to develop their leadership vision, skills and network necessary to address the challenges of preparing women for academic leadership positions.
