The Provost’s Office, UD ADVANCE Institute, University Faculty Senate, AAUP-UD, and the UD Anti-Racism Initiative invite you to attend a panel discussion and Q&A on progress made so far in response to UD’s 2020 COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey Results. Five working groups have been formed to analyze the data and make recommendations: Department Collegiality; Diversity Equity & Inclusion; Nature of Work: Service; Senior Leadership; Tenure Policies. The session will overview key survey results and work being done on our campus to address issues identified by the survey. Panelists will include:
