UD ADVANCE and the vice provost for faculty affairs co-hosted two P&T panels in March 2021: one for assistant professors seeking promotion to associate professor and one for associate professors seeking promotion to full professor. Panelists included recently promoted T/TT faculty members from across the university as well as members of university or college P&T committees.
