Welcome to the University of Delaware’s Waterfowl and Gamebird Research Program housed in Department of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology. The purpose of this program is to sustain in perpetuity an internationally recognized, university program in teaching, research, and service focused on:
- Gaining science-based knowledge for understanding and conserving waterfowl and and upland gamebird populations and their habitats
- Educating current and future waterfowl and upland gamebird scientists and conservationists
- Providing outreach on waterfowl and upland gamebird ecology and conservation for public and private stake-holders.
