Global Women Talk Global Science
When: Wednesday, October 18th from 3:00-4:00 pm
Where:  Smith Hall, Room 140

Women in Engineering (WIE) invites you all to join for a panel discussion on what it’s like to be a woman in science, from the perspective of panelists from around the world. We’ll be exploring the intersection of culture, nationality, and gender in the context of the scientific workplace. Our panelists will also discuss how institutions and communities like ours can foster inclusion and tap into the diverse talents of an increasingly globalized technical workforce. All members of the UD community (and beyond) are invited to attend.
This is the first time WIE organizes such an event.
Coffee (tea) and international cookies will be served!
