Andrea Tinianow is a successful executive in the global corporate/legal services industry with more than 25 years of legal, marketing and business development experience. Ms. Tinianow:
- leads a broad range of inter-departmental initiatives ranging from developing new products and services to entering new markets in the U.S. and abroad;
- identifies strategic partners in the private and public sector;
- leverages existing resources to create opportunities for new revenue; and
- directs cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
In addition to business development expertise, Ms. Tinianow is a skilled Delaware attorney who has successfully represented Corporation Service Company (CSC) in litigation and business negotiations.
Ms. Tinianow has developed and facilitated presentations on Delaware Business Entity Law for legal and business professionals in the U.S. and abroad, and has served as legal advisor to CSC’s independent director group. Finally, Ms. Tinianow has headed women’s initiatives in the Corporate Legal Community and originated and co-chaired the Women’s In-House Counsel Committee for the Delaware Valley Association of Corporate Counsel (DELVACCA).
Prior to joining Corporation Service Company, Ms. Tinianow was a litigation attorney in the Wilmington office of Pepper Hamilton LLP, and a law clerk to William B. Chandler III, the former Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Ms. Tinianow graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, and a Wolcott law clerk to the Hon. Randy Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court. Before attending law school, Ms. Tinianow was a marketing director for Thomson Financial Services. Ms. Tinianow received her undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University.
