Program Overview

The purpose of the program is to identify and show appreciation of exempt and non-exempt employees who have gone above and beyond their position expectation in support of the university, their department, office or colleagues.

Examples include:

  • Superior performance
  • Mentor/Inspiration/Motivator
  • Diversity – Making an impact, showing compassion
  • Innovation
  • Outstanding contribution to continuous improvement

Quarterly nominations will be due September 15th, December 15th, March 15th and May 15th. The last quarter is shorter to accommodate for the picnic in June.
