Graduate Research Assistantships in Water Science & Policy Program, University of Delaware

We are seeking two highly motivated Graduate Research Assistants (MS or PhD) on a new project investigating the input and fate of nutrients (carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus) from streambank legacy sediments and their implications for water quality. The project will also investigate sediment microbial communities and their role/function in nutrient cycling.
Candidates should have strong background and interests in biogeochemistry, hydrology, soil sciences and/or stream and microbial ecology. The positions are available starting summer/fall 2017.
