Our company is searching for a QC technician. Below are some of the duties that the technician would perform:
1. Responsible for the activities of the QC lab – testing of batches for pH, titratable, acidity, % salt, brix, organoleptic, density, viscosity and drain weight. Calibration of equipment.
2. Shelf life testing.
3. Environmental swabbing.
4. GMP inspection.
5. Trouble shooting of process deviation and equipment.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Tulkoff produces sauces and salad dressings. We are currently SQF certified. Our company uses a lot of horseradish roots and dehydrated garlic.
