Issue with getting access to UD Capture recordings

UPDATE: THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED ON FEBRUARY 25.

Clients who are trying to access UD Capture recordings from Sakai are currently shown a security warning. This is a known issue that should be solved shortly. The following workarounds will grant you access your recordings right away.

Internet Explorer 10 (Windows)

The following prompt will appear on screen:

Click Show content at the bottom of the screen to proceed to your UD Capture recordings.

You then will be prompted to log in using your UDelNet ID and password and will get access to your recordings.

Firefox 18 (Windows and Mac)

When your UD Capture page containing the recordings is framed inside of Sakai, you need to make it open in a separate tab or window. To do so, point your mouse in the middle of the screen, right-click, and select This Frame > Open Frame in New Window.

Once the UD Capture page is in the new window, a new option will appear at the bottom of the page. Click I Understand the Risks and then Add Exception…

Then click Confirm Security Exception.

You then will be prompted to log in using your UDelNet ID and password and will get access to your recordings.
