L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Education, and Development) Program

L.E.A.D. is a three-tier program designed to promote and recognize the outstanding achievements of residence hall student leaders throughout their collegiate and NACURH career; each tier is known as a Link. By completing L.E.A.D., individuals may earn their NACURH Links. Residence hall students at NACURH-affiliated institutions are eligible to participate, including University of Delaware students!

How To Submit a Link:

• Go to this website: http://www.nacurh.org/lead.
• Click on Submit Link One, Two, or Three.
• Under each Link, write exactly what you did to complete the link.
  • Remember to include reflection for each question.
  • Answer the question fully for approval.
  • You can also submit a photo if you choose but it is OPTIONAL.
• The RSA/NRHH Advisor approves your submission and then, it is approved by the NCO.
