Scheduling Policies

Schedule appointments by calling (302) 831-8893. We typically schedule your initial evaluation appointment within a couple days of your call. When beginning treatment, our patients are typically booked two or three times per week within a particular block of time. Please provide us with your broadest availability when you call, and we will try our best to accommodate your requests. After you are in treatment, if you need to reschedule an appointment at a time outside your regularly scheduled block, you will need to do this within three days of the day you want to be seen. We are not able to book these appointment exceptions in advance to avoid taking another patients’ spot.

Initial evaluations for physical therapy can be scheduled by calling (302) 831-8893. We do not schedule initial evaluations outside of 5 days of your call. If you are not able to attend physical therapy until later than 5 days of calling please call back closer to your availability.

Cancellation Policies

If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must call (302) 831-8893 at least 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel. If you do not show up for your appointment we will cancel your remaining appointments and you will need to call to reschedule if you want to return.
