Exercise and Nutrition Counseling
My experience with exercise counseling was motivating and satisfying. I had the sense that these folks know what they are talking about because they take a very scientific approach to senior fitness as they emphasize careful measurement periodically. I learned several exercises that made a big difference in daily comfort for my lower back. Also, Danielle motivated me to try weight training exercises that, up to that point, I was hesitant to try. Thanks, Danielle!Sam
