Posters will be mounted on 48″ WIDE x 36″ HIGH poster board. The posters should be up by 10:30 AM Saturday morning. They can be left overnight in the rooms and will be on display all of Saturday and Sunday. The Coffee / Tea stations will be located in the poster room so make sure you are around during these times if someone wants to discuss your poster. There is a designated POSTER SESSION Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. During the POSTER SESSION Sunday morning at 10:00 AM, poster presenters must be at their poster contribution to answer questions.

The venue will accommodate space for displays advertising post-docs, positions, career options, and physics programs. Standards spaces are 6′ tables with chair and electrical. They will be in the same room as the posters to ensure visibility. Poster sessions are organized by submission topic and those requesting a show table can request the room by sorting topic (e.g. astronomy and astrophysics, condensed matter physics, etc). The show tables will come with a poster board as needed.

The cost will be $200 for a show table, BUT this fee is waived and available on request if your school or organization has at least seven (7) registered conference attendees.
