These are the four most frequently asked questions regarding the Accounting and MIS Department’s graduate programs in MS in Accounting:

  1. When should I apply?  Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis.  To receive full consideration for August, candidates are encouraged to submit all application materials as early as possible.
  2. Do you require an interview?  For the MS in Accounting, an interview is not required.
  3. Are MS Accounting students eligible for financial aid?  For more information on financial aid and eligibility requirements, please visit http://www.udel.edu/finaid.  Funding in the MS Accounting & MIS Department is very limited and varies year to year. Awards are based on student’s qualifications, the needs of the department and the availability of funds.
  4. I’ve taken accounting courses at another university.  Can I transfer or waive courses in the MS Accounting program?  This is determined on a case-by-case basis.  Contact the Director of the MS Program to determine eligibility.
