Rankings

The University of Delaware and the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics programs are nationally and internationally ranked.

The U.S. News & World Report’s 2012 edition of Best Colleges ranks the University of Delaware 75th among the nation’s best universities. Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2011 rankings also placed the part-time MBA program fifth in the Mid Atlantic region and 21st nationally.

Two other rankings put UD among the world’s top universities. Australian website High Impact Universities 2010 ranked UD 165 out of 500 around the world based on a research performance index, while the Times Higher Education of London’s 2010 annual rankings named UD 159 out of 200 worldwide and 72nd among universities in North America.

The National Science Foundation’s Science and Engineering Indicators 2012 ranked Delaware academic researchers the most productive in the nation, noting they far out-publish their peers in science and engineering.
