Shipping information.
Transcripts are mailed via the US Postal Service Air Mail (USPS). There is no charge for shipping via USPS; however, if your transcript must be mailed to an international destination, using USPS may take several weeks.

If you must receive your transcript fast, then you can request for the transcript to be mailed via an express mail service (ex: FedEx, DHL) by selecting that option below.

A US $35 fee will be charged for use of an express mail service and the payment for this service must be paid by using our Transcript Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF). Download and complete the form and send it to the ELI by fax at +1-302-831-6765.

Terms

Fees. There is a fee of US $5 for each transcript, including the first. These fees can be paid by submitting the Transcript Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF). Download and complete this form and send it to the ELI by fax at +1-302-831-6765.
Transcripts are automatically mailed by US Postal Service regular mail unless otherwise indicated on this form.
The student may request a transcript to be sent by express mail (ex: DHL, FedEx) at an additional fee of $35.
No transcript will be sent to any student whose financial obligations to the ELI have not been met.
Transcripts will show grades for each session attended at the ELI.
Processing time. It may take up to 2 weeks to process this request.
