Studio Green Apartments provide short-term leases (contracts) for ELI students who want to live off-campus. The apartments are located next to the University of Delaware campus and are walking distance from the English Language Institute (ELI).

Features

Studio Green apartments offer many features, including:

Furniture
Telephone, Cable TV, and high-speed Internet access
Full-size kitchen, bathroom, and living room
Security system for entry
Close location to university shuttle stops; within easy walking distance of the ELI.

Apartment formats and prices

There are several different apartment formats at Studio Green, and each has a different price. The following tables shows the price for each apartment type for each two-month session.

Prices beginning December 17, 2011

1 bedroom (1 student per apartment)	$1,700
2 bedrooms (2 students per apartment)	$1,300
2 bedrooms – renovated (2 students per apartment)	$1,600
Family unit (2 bedrooms)	$2,200

Notes:

Prices listed are for each ELI session (7-8 weeks).
A deposit of $250 must also be paid; however, it will be returned to the student after he/she moves out if the apartment is left clean and in good condition.
All students who have chosen Studio Green must select an apartment format. If you do not select an apartment format, then we will automatically place you in whichever housing option is available and you will be held responsible for the price.

Payment and contract information

The student is also required to sign a lease (a contract) to stay at Studio Green for the session. All fees are due when the student moves into Studio Green. Fees can be paid by credit card, traveler’s checks, or money order.
