Innternationale

Off-Campus Living

The INNternationale

The INNternationale (INN) is a residential and conference facility for international students, visiting professors, international guests, and University of Delaware graduate and undergraduate students interested in international living.

ELI students who live in the INNternationale are normally mature professionals who are studying at the ELI for a short period of time.

Features

  • Ideal location across the street from the UD campus – walking distance to ELI classes and Main Street
  • Many room formats (shared rooms, private rooms, etc.)
  • Rooms are furnished rooms with a bed, a desk, a small refrigerator, cable TV, internet, and telephone outlets
  • Kitchen on each floor

The INN also offers its residents weekly programs and events such as academic lectures, workshops, and film series, which focus on the global community and issues. Students can get together with friends or other residents in the building’s World Café. Tennis courts, basketball courts, and the UD Student Center and UD Bookstore are nearby.

Students can walk to ELI and to Main Street, and the free University of Delaware Shuttle Bus stops near the INN and at the English Language Institute.
