I am a 5th year PhD student at the Department of Linguistics and Cognitive Science at the University of Delaware. My main interest is in the morphosyntax of imperatives and imperative-like clauses, as well as clause typing and illocutionary force. I also have joint work with Bilge Palaz on the syntax and semantics of formality markers. In the past, I have worked on morpheme re-ordering effects in Uzbek.
