PRSSA-UD has proved that it is an RSO to be reckoned with over the past year, increasing its membership and winning an award for its outstanding website.

The Public Relations Student Society at UD won the award for Outstanding Website at the 9^th Annual YouDee Leadership Awards on May 12.  The Awards recognize the achievements of the top Registered Student Organizations at UD, and feature awards such as Outstanding Leader and Outstanding Community Service, among others.

The leaders and members PRSSA-UD have spent this past year growing the chapter, through efforts including social media, programming and workshops.  In just a year, meeting attendance has increased 400 percent, due in large part to the chapter’s revamped online presence.  PRSSA-UD was also a finalist for the Outstanding Use of Social Media Award.
