Throughout the semester we will be offering Recovery Yoga on Thursday nights at 7pm. To kickoff the year, we will host Recovery Yoga on the Central Green (just north of Memorial Hall). It will begin at 7pm, please bring your own mat! Recovery Yoga is geared for people who identify as being in recovery. It could be recovery from drug and alcohol use, trauma, eating disorders, mental health issues, etc. It is trauma sensitive and you will not be asked to disclose any personal information at all. Bring a mat and wear comfy clothes!
