How to Become a Sponsor

Annual contributions in one or more of the following areas

  • Gift of $10,000 or more to the Center
  • Gift(s) to CMET faculty totaling $25,000
  • Gifts-in-kind of $25,000
  • Graduate student fellowship
  • Research contract with direct costs of $50,000

Benefits of Sponsorship

  • Participation in cutting-edge research
  • Interactions with industrial colleagues and CMET faculty with similar interests and problems
  • Membership in the CMET Advisory Board, which helps set the direction of future research in the Center
  • Participation in periodic research review meetings
  • Copies of all theses as completed
  • Choice of any (or all) preprints and reprints published by CMET faculty
  • Copies of monographs prior to publication
  • Tuition-free participation for one individual in on-campus short courses offered by the Center. Possible topics include thermodynamics, separation sciences, colloid science, computational chemistry, and other topics suggested by the CMET Advisory Board.
  • Selected software developed by CMET research staff
  • Priority access to fee-based use of Center facilities
  • Priority access to CMET faculty and research staff for consulting and cooperative research
