Can I preview the lecture and control when it is available?
Yes. You can make edits to a video and then share the video when you are ready. If you are using Canvas, you can choose to either publish the recordings automatically (choose the Checkbox Automatically publish to this course in Canvas when submitting a UD Capture Request) or let the recordings be set to Private by default. For any video in Canvas, you can control access to other users by switching between Private and Published options. Learn more using this how-to:
In Capture Space, by default the recordings are set to Private, so you have a chance to make edits and then can share the video when you are ready.
